Most people are moved off the waitlist within 72 hours of the appointment. We will certainly let you know if an availability appears sooner.

If an appointment slot becomes available, we will email you. If you opted into text message notifications, you will also receive a text message regarding appointment availability. For last minute appointments, we may also call you as well.

If you are on the waitlist for an appointment that requires a booking fee, you will not be charged until you confirm the appointment.

Please respond as soon as we can so we may offer the appointment slot to someone else if you are unavailable for the offered date/time.
