If an appointment slot becomes available, we will email you. If you are on the waitlist for an appointment that requires a booking fee, you will not be charged until you confirm the appointment. If you opted into text message notifications, you will also receive a text message regarding appointment availability. For last minute appointments, we may also call you as well.

Please respond as soon as we can so we may offer the appointment slot to someone else if you are unavailable for the offered date/time.
