OFFICIAL REOPENING!

We are officially accepting appointment bookings for in-store appointments as we anticipate Northern Virginia to enter Phase 1 Reopening plans on Friday, May 29. We are so relieved and so so excited to fill our days doing what we love most.

Things may look a little different, but the magic is still the same.

As it has always been, the safety and security of our brides, their guests, and our team remains our highest priority. While we begin to slowly reopen, we have taken additional measures to maintain our business to the best health and hygiene standards for the benefit of the entire local community. We will be following strict health and safety protocols, including but not limited to:

  1. Limit *3 guests per bride. Additional guests can absolutely join via Zoom or FaceTime!
    [7/1/20 EDIT: Guest limit increased from 2 guests per bride to 3 guests per bride for a typical appointment. *We are now happy to make special accommodations for up to 7 guests for a $50 deposit that will be applied toward the purchase of a gown during your appointment]

  2. Fever screenings with a contactless thermometer

  3. Masks must be worn. 

  4. Use hand sanitizer upon entrance into our boutique. Hand sanitizers will be near the entrance of our store for both customers and employees. Please use it as you enter our boutique.

  5. Our stylists will wash hands before and after each appointment.

  6. Expect to go into the fitting room alone. Stylists will not enter the fitting room to help you change between gowns, but will be able to assist with fit outside the fitting room. 

  7. We will offer a very limited number of appointments per day to allow for sanitizing of surfaces and gowns between appointments and avoid over-crowding within our boutique. We are operating at less than 50% capacity, stricter than what Phase 1 reopening guidance initially calls for.

  8. The disinfectant we use on both hard surfaces and our gowns is an EPA registered disinfectant against COVID-19, in addition to many other pathogens.

  9. We ask that you or any guests not attend an appointment while experiencing any sick symptoms or feeling unwell. Our staff will do the same! We make it easy to cancel and reschedule appointments without charging any fees.

  10. We will continue to offer our Virtual Appointments & At-Home Experience in addition to curbside pick-up for all customers requesting.
